The Hills Specialist Surgery Centre is a specialist private hospital located at 17-19 Solent Circuit, Baulkham Hills in the Norwest Business Park.

The hospital, currently under construction is an  adaptive re-use of an existing 7 level commercial office building. The new 12,000m² hospital will comprise 10 state-of-the-art operating theatres, recovery wards, medical consulting rooms and associated services.  

DFP prepared the Statement of Environmental Effects for the project.
