Kirk Osborne

Kirk has over 15 years experience working in private consultancy and the public sector in urban planning. He commenced at DFP in January 2013 and has experience in statutory and strategic planning including preparation of major development applications, Statement of Environmental Effects, Environmental Impact Statements, Review of Environmental Factors, planning advice and due diligence reports.

Kirk has worked on some of Sydney’s biggest urban development and renewal projects including Barangaroo, Green Square, Darling Quarter at Darling Harbour and One Carrington Street (Wynyard Station). Kirk also worked on preparing the Sydney Harbour Regional Environmental Plan, the first consolidated regional environmental plan for the whole of Sydney Harbour.

Kirk holds a Bachelor of Arts (Geography) from Macquarie University and Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Sydney.

Kirk is a Member of the Planning Institute of Australia and has been a past member of the Planning Institute of Australia (NSW Division) Economic Development Committee and the Property Council of Australia (NSW) Division) Economic Development Committee.
