Vivienne Albin

Vivienne has over 20 years’ experience in private consulting and government roles and is currently a member of the Sydney Central Planning Panel and an expert member of the Strathfield Independent Hearing and Assessment Panel. She has experience in both statutory and strategic planning.

In her capacity as a planner, Vivienne has been responsible for the preparation of Statements of Environmental Effects for various types and sizes of development, the assessment of development applications on behalf of Councils, the preparation of development controls plans, planning proposals and strategic planning studies and the preparation of due diligence reports. She also has experience in conducting community consultations with conflicting stakeholders.

Vivienne holds a Bachelor of Science (Macquarie University), a Masters of Urban and Regional Planning (Sydney University) and is a Member of Planning Institute Australia.
