DFP assisted Bayfield Group in securing development consent for a $10 million expansion and refurbishment of the Belrose Hotel. The project presented numerous challenges due to its location within a residential area and a wide range of issues such as traffic and parking, noise impacts and streetscape were considered in the design of the project.
The completed development is an example of successful negotiation with Warringah Council and the local community and represents a significant improvement for clients and the community. Throughout the project DFP worked closely with Realize Architecture, the consultant team, and Warringah Council.
