Warwick Gosling

Warwick Gosling has 18 years experience working as a town planner in local government and planning consultancy. Warwick started his career in local government working at Blacktown and Auburn Councils prior to joining DFP in 2002.

Warwick is highly experienced in both strategic and statutory planning having prepared Local Environmental Plans, Development Control Plans, Section 94 Plans as well as master plans and land use strategies.

Warwick has also prepared developer agreements prepared and assessed major development applications and Statements of Environmental Effects. He appears regularly in the NSW Land and Environment Court providing expert town planning evidence.

Warwick holds a Bachelor of Town Planning from the University of NSW and attained the Associate Professional Certificate in Expert Evidence for the Land and Environment Court (Joint API and Sydney University, 2005). Warwick is a Member of the Planning Institute Australia and Certified Practicing Planner. In 1998 Warwick was awarded the Minister for Urban Affairs & Planning “Young Town Planner of the Year”.
