Worrigee Public School is a brand-new primary school for the growing region of South Nowra.
DFP provided town planning services to the Department of Education including the preparation of a Review of Environmental Factors (REF) and integrated Land Use Conflict Risk Assessment (LUCRA) and Social Impact Assessment (SIA).
DFP was pleased to co-ordinate a comprehensive environmental impact assessment that in particular considered flooding, traffic, rural land use, biodiversity, Aboriginal heritage, contamination and public domain improvements to ultimately facilitate timely authorisation of the activity under Part 5 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
