Arcare Warners Bay

DFP has been providing planning services to Knowles Group across a number of aged care and seniors housing developments including Arcare’s new residential care facility at Warners Bay. DFP prepared a modification application to amend the design which was prepared for a different aged care provider. The application was approved by the Hunter and Central Coast Regional Planning Panel.

DFP has considered experience with seniors housing for both retirement villages and residential care facilities and in this instance required a very detailed analysis of the legislative provisions relating to modification applications to ensure that Council and the Panel could confidently approve the modification to the design.
