DFP prepared the Edmondson Park Smart Growth Development Control Plan (DCP) for the Ingleburn Gardens area (the Locality CB Masterplan area). The DCP provides a planning framework and detailed controls to supplement the provisions of Campbelltown (Urban Areas LEP) 2002.
The Ingleburn Gardens estate is a 280 lot residential subdivision adjoining Edmondson Park and includes a range of dwelling types including terrace housing, zero lot line housing and single detached dwellings.
The DCP sets out detailed planning controls for land use and development patterns, streetscape and urban character, subdivision design, building form, open space and landscaping, ESD, water management and transport.
