The Goodwin Retirement Village is located in Jersey Road, Woollahra. Goodwin Village is operated by Anglican Retirement Villages and includes studios, one and two bedrooms apartments.
The project involved a major upgrade and refurbishment of Macquarie Tower, Gipps House and Bourke House consisting of 169 seniors housing units and a new Village Centre to provide modern seniors independent living units with a range of community support facilities.
DFP prepared the development application and liaised with Council during the assessment period.
