Long Reef Surf Life Saving Club is located on Crown Land in Griffith Park at Long Reef Beach. DFP were engaged by Adriano Pupilli Architects to provide town planning services for the delivery of the new Long Reef Surf Life Saving Club.
DFP prepared a Statement of Environmental Effects to accompany a Development Application which was approved by the Sydney North Planning Panel. Key considerations for the Development Application included:
- The Plan of Management for Griffith Park;
- Coastal hazards;
- Coastal ecology;
- Land stability; and
- Ecologically Sustainable Development.
