DFP prepared a Planning Proposal to rezone a 2.2 hectare site on Samantha Riley Drive, near the corner of Old Windsor Road, Kellyville. The Planning Proposal successfully rezoned the land to R1 General Residential zone, as well as amending the floor space ratio and building height controls.

The site is strategically located adjacent to the North West rail corridor.  The site is currently served by the Rouse Hill-
Parramatta and Blacktown T-Way and will be serviced by the future North West railway and the Samantha Riley railway station.

The Planning Proposal will allow for a future development comprising approximately 6,000m2 of commercial floor space, neighbourhood shops and high density residential development with approximately 425 dwellings.

The Planning Proposal was supported by The Hills Shire Council and endorsed by the NSW Department of Planning and Environment.
