Kirsten Picard

Kirsten joined DFP in January 2021 after completing a Bachelor of Planning at Macquarie University. She has a sound understanding of State and Council planning controls and their application in an array of development contexts. Kirsten is a Member of the Planning Institute of Australia.


Kirsten works closely with senior planning consultants at DFP and has a good understanding of planning controls, strategic and land use planning policy.

 

Since graduating, Kirsten has gained experience working mainly on residential and commercial projects. With this she has helped with the preparation of planning reports including Statement of Environmental Effects, Modification Applications and View Assessments.
