Piers Hemphill has 10 years experience working as a town planner in local government and private consultancy.

Piers’ experience covers a broad range of projects across the NSW planning system including the development, delivery and management of Local Environmental Plans, Development Control Plans, Contribution Plans and Voluntary Planning Agreements.

Piers has been heavily involved with the rollout of urban infill and greenfield release area development along Sydney’s Metro Northwest Corridor and the Sydney North West Growth Centre including strategic land use planning, feasibility modelling and infrastructure funding.
