DFP Planning was appointed by Bayview Golf Club Ltd to prepare a development application for the new Bayview Golf Clubhouse.
DFP also prepared a rezoning application for surplus golf course land to allow for a seniors housing and medium density residential development – The Masters Residences.
DFP lead negotiations with Warringah Council to achieve a successful outcome for the rezoning applications and development of the new Clubhouse. Key site issues addressed in the application included access, traffic, built form design and density of the development.
