DFP has been providing planning services for a large-scale mixed use development at Cambridge Street, Epping.
The mixed use development comprises a new primary school, parish hall, a 29-storey tower with 172 independent living units and 132 residential aged-care beds neighbouring the existing heritage Catholic Church, Our Lady Help of Christians.
The project demonstrates that DFP is well-placed to assist our clients navigate multiple environmental planning instruments and large-scale redevelopments through the planning application process with clarity and confidence.
