Fairfield City Council’s $50m plans for the Fairfield Showground Community and Events Centre have been approved, paving the way for a modern, multipurpose venue that will host sports, community events, conferences, tradeshows and live entertainment.
DFP acted as the Registered Environmental Assessment Practitioner (REAP), preparing the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and guiding the project team through the State Significant Development Application process.
DFP also prepared a Review of Environmental Factors (REF) to support broader infrastructure upgrades across Fairfield Showground as part of Fairfield City Council’s vision to realise the Fairfield Showground Masterplan.
