Reece Plumbing constructed a new store at 65-69 Parramatta Road, Concord, within the Canada Bay Local Government Area. The development comprises a warehouse and showroom building, on-site parking and loading areas. The development has assisted Reece Group re-establish a presence in the area after the previous store was acquired to make way for West Connex.
DFP assisted by preparing a Development Application to City of Canada Bay Council including the preparation of a Statement of Environmental Effects. Our involvement assisted our client navigate a development fronting a classified and adjoining residential development and school.
