DFP was engaged by Insight Capital Pty Ltd to prepare three development applications for the construction of four residential flat buildings in the Rouse Hill Town Centre.
The sites are located at the north eastern end of the town centre on Caddies Boulevard and Main Street, opposite Caddies Lake. The buildings are 7-8 storeys in height and include a mix of apartments and townhouse style dwellings, landscaped private and communal open space and basement car parking. A total dwelling yield of 143 units was achieved across the four blocks.
The application was determined by the Sydney West Joint Regional Planning Panel.
