Eastbrook Links Estate is a 1,100 lot residential subdivision on 230ha of land at the eastern gateway to Muswellbrook in the upper Hunter Valley. The development includes two new road intersections with New England Highway, new roads, water and sewerage infrastructure as well as drainage reserves and open space. The master planned Estate includes reserves, walking and cycle paths and playing fields.
DFP has been working with Monarch Investments and Jetz Homes preparing development application and advising on the subdivision design for the Estate.
The Estate is being developed in 32 stages. Development up to and including Stage 13 had been completed by the end of 2013 with civil works associated with Stages 14 and 15 nearing completion by mid 2014.
A development application for a 166 lot community title subdivision on land previously approved as Stages 16-18 (for 105 conventional residential allotments) has been submitted.
During the course of the project, DFP also provided advice the client on a range of issues including legal matters and Section 94 contributions.
