The Brookvale Hotel redevelopment is located on Pittwater Road in the Brookvale Town Centre and is a mixed use development with a new hotel, shop top housing and retail and commercial floor space with basement level car parking. The new hotel is a two storey building fronting Pittwater Road, with 140 residential apartments in 4-6 storey buildings to the rear.

DFP provided strategic planning advice in relation to the draft Warringah Local Environmental Plan 2011 to retain shop top housing and mixed use development as a permissible use within the Brookvale town centre.  DFP also prepared a Statement of Environmental Effects for the development application.
