DFP prepared a rezoning application and development applications for the staged construction of a multi-level industrial unit and commercial office complex in the Warriewood Valley Business Park.

The overall masterplan for the development of the rezoned land will achieve up to 29,000m2 of commercial / office space and warehouse space within multi-level buildings.

The development at 2 Daydream Street comprises 13,000m2 of commercial and warehouse space, cafe, landscaping works and car parking.
