DFP was engaged by Torr and Torr Realty to prepare a development application for a boarding house in Wardell Road, Marrickville.
The development comprises a seven storey residential building with 56 boarding rooms, communal facilities, roof garden and car stacker.
DFP has prepared several development applications for boarding house developments and has also appeared as an expert witness in the NSW Land and Environment Court on boarding house matters.
