DFP prepared a Statement of Environmental Effects for a mixed use development at 258-264 Pennant Hills Road, Thornleigh. The site is located in the Thornleigh Town Centre and is approximately 150m south of Thornleigh Station. 

The development comprises 73 residential units, 5 commercial suites and basement car parking for 112 cars.  The building design includes a 3 storey podium with stepped tower form above. A mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments will be provided.
