Stead House and Bethesda House are Heritage listed properties in Marrickville that have been refurbished and redeveloped for medium density housing.
The project undertaken by Enmore Park One Pty Ltd is the adaptive reuse of Stead House and Bethesda House creating 45 new one, two and three bedroom residential apartments.
DFP provided planning advice and prepared the Statement of Environmental Effects for the the Development Application.
