DFP was commissioned by Newell Capital Pty Ltd to prepare a development application for 3 residential flat buildings, comprising a total of 109 units at 21 Balmoral Road, Kellyville. The development also included landscaping and basement car parking.

The site is located within the Balmoral Road Release Area and adjoins the north west rail line and the Elizabeth Macarthur Creek corridor. Due to the site’s proximity to Elizabeth Macarthur Creek the proposal was also Integrated Development and required a permit approval from the NSW Office of Water.

DFP also provided Expert Evidence in the NSW Land and Environment Court, which approved the project.
